What does Rivae Social do?
Rivae Social automatically posts photos and videos to the Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts of small businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. Rivae Social publishes one post per day per account, adds a watermark, writes the caption, and selects hashtags.
How much does Rivae Social cost?
Rivae Social costs $60 CAD per month per account plus tax plus tax for daily Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posting. Adding Meta advertising management costs $80 to $100 CAD per month per account plus tax. Advertising spend is billed separately by Meta.
Do I have to give Rivae Social my Instagram password?
No. Rivae Social connects through Instagram's official business login system. Rivae Social never receives or stores your password. You can revoke access at any time from your Instagram settings.
Who owns the Instagram account?
You do. Rivae Social operates as an authorized partner and never takes ownership of a client account, Facebook Page, or advertising account. If you stop working with Rivae Social, your account and all its content stay with you.
What areas does Rivae Social serve?
Rivae Social serves businesses in the Greater Toronto Area, including Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, North York, Scarborough, and downtown Toronto. All work is done remotely, so no in-person visit is required.
What kind of businesses use Rivae Social?
Rivae Social works with nail salons, beauty schools, lash and brow studios, hair salons, and fitness studios. These are small local businesses that do not employ a marketing person.
How many photos do I need to send?
Rivae Social recommends sending 20 to 30 photos or videos at a time, which covers roughly one month of daily posting. Rivae Social notifies you before your media runs out.
Can Rivae Social post videos and Reels?
Yes. Rivae Social publishes vertical and square videos between 5 and 90 seconds long to both Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Videos posted to TikTok are published without a watermark, in line with TikTok's platform rules.
How long does setup take?
Setup takes about 20 minutes. You authorize access through Instagram, send your logo, and upload your first batch of media. Posting starts the next day.
Can I cancel Rivae Social?
Yes. Rivae Social bills monthly with no contract. Cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
Does Rivae Social speak Chinese?
Yes. Rivae Social provides service in both English and Chinese, and writes captions in either language or both.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Rivae Social deletes all uploaded media, access tokens, and posting records within 30 days of cancellation. See the data deletion page for the full process.
